Life sometimes leads us to go through good or not so good situations to motivate us to evolve and make changes.
To achieve these changes we fundamentally need determination. Making the decision and being constant in it can be the most complex thing we can face in this process.
Confidence in ourselves is the pillar of everything, to undertake we need to have that confidence, to make changes it is also necessary, as we have seen it is present in everything we want to carry out, keep in mind that if you do not trust yourself why would others have to.
Discipline. Many people find this term uncomfortable because they have the idea that being disciplined is being subjected to a schedule or even to things that we do not like to do and the reality is that discipline is absolutely imperative when changing because this It is the only path that will lead you to reach your goal and connect with your greatest purpose.
Don’t take criticism personally. While all this process that you started is happening, it is very likely that you will meet people who do not like what you do or who simply express their opinions about it. Do not take this personally, do not allow water to enter your boat. All human beings have very different opinions and points of view, but the key to not sinking your ship based on the opinions of others is respect.
Finally and as an extra tip, there is meditation. Through it, you can reconnect with yourself, with reflections and deep ideas that could turn your life around.
