Integrity is the practice of being honest and showing consistent and uncompromising adherence to strong moral and ethical principles and values.
Working under this concept implies certain aspects such as loving other people unconditionally with boundaries. Helping people to earn more money, to be better as people and as professionals should be an act of love and respect, taking into account that this includes honesty and protection, but remember that loving and helping others does not mean going against yourself and your criteria.
Respect the perspectives of others, each person is a different universe. Experiences, emotions, and knowledge shape the personality and way of thinking of each person, which is why there is a diversity of thought. It is very important to respect the criteria of other people even when you do not agree with it.
Make decisions wisely. In life there are 3 things that cannot be wasted, money, time, and energy; Invest them in productive things that bring rewards for you and others, in some cases be aware of when you are investing money, time, and energy in something that is not worth it.
Working with integrity is based on everything that you want people to say yes to you has to be more profitable for them than it is for you.
