Episode 30 – How to Use the Power of Intention to Overcome Any Obstacle with Marc Megna

Released on June 12, 2020
In this episode of The Resilient Minds Podcast, I’ve had the opportunity to sit down and talk with a very special guest, a former NFL and CFL football player for the New York Jets, New England Patriots, Cincinnati Bengals and Montreal Alouettes, Marc Megna.

Marc shares his story on how at a very young age, he had a different outlook on life. Far from who he is today, Marc said that he was a shy and awkward kid. He grew up out of shape and it made him avoid spending time with others as he had fear of being made fun of by others.

Today, we discussed his past experience and how it helped him and how he used it to help other people that needed someone to boost their self-esteem and a guide to help them get to the next stage in their life.

As he began inspiring others with his demanding fitness regimens and, more importantly, the impressive results of notorious hard work – he was able to train clients from every walk of life, and tailored programs for the most serious athlete to the motivated beginners.

Marc is the co-owner of Anatomy Fitness in Miami and creator of the Megna Method, which combines 4 phases of Movements to create optimal strength, conditioning and performance.
