Episode 80 - How To Invest Time In Yourself To Recharge Energies And Offer The Best To Others With Jay Cardiello

Released on January 25th, 2021
We are all athletes and as such, we train, set goals, compete and go through situations that lead us to doubt whether to continue on our way or not, as in every process there are ups and downs, but it is up to you to make the decision to continue and achieve everything you dreamed of.
To do this, you must be aware that you need to recharge your energy and this is achieved through the time you invest in yourself.
This is a concept that many qualify as selfish and the truth is that today we forget to dedicate that space to ourselves in the day. We all need moments of solitude to reconnect with ourselves, with our true essence, in this time you can do whatever you want, there is no magic formula. Practice your favorite sport, read a book, go swimming, do what your body and heart tell you and you will gradually find a better version of yourself with which you will feel happy and that you can offer to others. If you don't invest time in yourself, how will you be able to invest time in others? If you don't condition yourself, how will you be able to condition others?
Never give yourself the opportunity to ask What if ... Try new things, take risks and gain wisdom about the experiences that come from them.
Help others as if it were an extension of yourself. Give your neighbor the best you can offer, treat them as you would like to be treated, with love and patience.
Last but not least, it is to be really grateful with God, with the universe for all those things that you have learned, that you have lived, in which you have been successful and in which you have not, because of them you have learned and grown.
These are the tips that Jay Cardiello leaves us in this episode of the Resilient Minds Podcast.
Jay Cardiello, an entrepreneur in the Health & Wellness Space, a former writer for Verywell Fit covering men's health and general fitness.

It is there, where comes the moment to reflect, decide, and act. If you find yourself going through a difficult time, start by asking yourself what happiness is for you. From that, you can get down to work and start doing things that make you feel fulfilled, and that in turn lead to success.

As we take action, we must fill ourselves with confidence. Everyone has a gift and it is their duty to share it with the world. The more confident you are of what you do, the more valuable you will be able to create opportunities for both yourself and those around you.

Episode 76 - How To Define Your Values And Control The Ego When Managing A Company

Released on December 28th, 2020
In many cases, entrepreneurs create a company without a base and without a direction.

When that happens, the time will eventually come when they will have to set a direction and argue why. First of all, ask yourself why you are doing what you are doing, where you are going, and if you feel happy with it; from that, you can go directly to your goal. Do not stay swimming in the middle of the ocean, adrift.

Feeling unfulfilled in these cases is very common. The unhappiness of not knowing where you are going and not knowing why you work so hard. People notice when another is unhappy because they are always in a state of frustration. Set your foundations and make it count.

Don't worry if you feel stuck, this won't happen to you just once in your life, that's natural. What you should do is put your hand to action and keep in mind that stagnation is synonymous with growth.

Ego. This is one of the greatest problems of humanity, it is the main aspect that many bosses and entrepreneurs must work on because although it sounds incredible, it is one of the determining factors for the growth of a company.

Focus on what is in front of you and redefine your values.

Episode 75 - How To Feel Truly Fulfilled With What You Do To Achieve Real Success

Released on December 21st, 2020
The definition of happiness is very relative, each person gives it the nuance with which they most identify.⁣
But the truth is that happiness comes only from ourselves, how we feel, how we evolve, and the decisions we make...⁣
To be happy it’s very important to work on ourselves, that is always the first step. Take the time to be alone, reflect, and realize the changes you must make in yourself, from that moment you will begin to work harder on yourself than on your job. If you don't push yourself to the best you can be, you can't give the best to others.⁣
That’s where you can not expect anything... Unfortunately, when you are waiting for something, people don't come to reach you and don't get the impact you want to make in their lives. We have to be completely given in all aspects of our life, and always keep in mind that the more you work the more you will have...⁣
So, no worries… Make people feel like you care... All this is about listening and talking to people as transparent, and honestly as possible. Always keeping in mind the concept of integrity and unconditional love; people will be interested in what you got to say and give to the world.⁣

Episode 74 - How To Achieve Your Life Purpose Through Spiritual Rebirths

Released on December 14th, 2020
All living beings have feminine and masculine energies within themselves.⁣⁣
We use each of them to develop different activities. But when we are truly determined, and committed to achieving success, we need to have both energies working together in order to achieve it.⁣⁣
One of the things that every entrepreneur wants to understand is that there is nothing to prove to the world. Yes! You don't have to show your strength, and brilliance to anyone. As long as you are completely connected, and completely comfortable with yourself, you won’t need approval and validation from anyone else rather than yourself.⁣⁣
Do not be afraid of spiritual rebirths. Rebirths are multiple necessary processes that we all go through, and from which there is always a lesson or a teaching that contributes to our great life purpose.⁣⁣
Stay Grounded. Nowadays, people get so focused on pushing so hard, and making it so hard that they don't realize they are disconnected from their true core energy, which is why we must focus on constantly staying grounded, and always asking God for a little more of strength.⁣⁣
Staying in the present contributes to being truly grounded on earth. Remember that living in the past produces sadness, and melancholy, living in the future produces anxiety. The time is now, live now, cause this is a gift.⁣⁣
From the moment we are aware of where we want to go, that will be the moment when we will begin to create a vision of how to get there, for this we must be sure of what we are doing, because if we are doing the wrong things, the best is to catch it on time, and redirect our boat.⁣⁣

Episode 70 - How To Become Your Own Superhero With Dr. Kien Vuu

Released on November 16th, 2020
We are all born as superheroes, but with time and life experiences we lose that conviction.⁣
However, today it is very important to return to that idea since we tend to misalign ourselves and live with self-generating stress and illness. Do not give your health totally to a doctor because in case you didn't know, you have the power in your hands to heal yourself.⁣
The reasons why we lose focus and get sick are innumerable, but one of the most common is to be misaligned with who you really are, therefore leads you to create bad habits. To avoid this, we must be aware of belief systems, of the things that light you up, and the awareness of love.⁣
Another important factor is your definition of success. Each person has an evolutionary and discovery process that they must go through to be successful. But since our definition of success is not in line with our being and goes behind the ideologies of others, we are generating stress and consequently the arrival of chronic diseases.⁣
If you feel identified with some of the things that we have just explained or you already suffer from a disease such as diabetes, overweight, or high blood pressure, do not worry, we will teach you to heal yourself through the HERO methodology, developed by Dr. Kien Vuu.⁣
The process to begin to improve your health and that each cell of your body works well, is taken into account by the HERO:⁣
H (Hunger): The fuel we need for almost everything in life is the Hunger, always wanting to go for something else and understanding why it is necessary for us to change our habits.⁣
E (Energy): With this, we seek to master the bioenergetics elements, in order to not get a chronic disease.⁣
R (Reclamation): At this point, we need to claim the person with energy, claim the person who was at his maximum level of full health.⁣
O (Optimize): To achieve the change that we want so much so that our body, our cells work well, without them we do the same.⁣
These are the recommendations that Dr. V superhero Kien Vuu leaves us.⁣
Dr. Kien Vuu a concierge performance and longevity physician specializing in human optimization and regenerative medicine, media expert, and author. Episode 69 - The Key To Develop A More Responsive And Less Reactive Mind With Daniel Guaragna

Released on November 9th, 2020
Childhood is that stage of life in which we are in our purest and most noble state.⁣⁣
It is said that children are the most resilient individuals that exist since within their innocence they have the determination and the strength to go after what they want. No doubt, this is one of the aspects that we should replicate from children, keep an eye on your goal and not give up until we achieve it. It is not about how many times you fall but about how many times you get up to continue on the path.⁣⁣
Successful people are passionate, focused, and dedicated to the goal. When we dedicate ourselves to something that we are really passionate about, work becomes easier, it is what we could do for free for the rest of our lives, that is why successful people have money because this is part of their passion.⁣⁣
Entrepreneurs are reflected in resilience, in the approach they have to achieve their goal; However, other aspects to consider to be successful is giving without expecting anything in return. Generosity is a common characteristic of successful people since they do not care about what they give to other people and they are sure that they can get it back through their work.⁣⁣
The entrepreneur influences not manipulates. Influencing consists of orienting and guiding a person towards something or a person that helps them to be better, while manipulation is about inciting a person to do something that does not necessarily benefit them.⁣⁣
Be responsive and not reactive, when you are reactive in any situation in life, you lose because you are reacting to an immediate emotion that is not always good. Being responsive is about putting yourself in someone else's shoes and wondering what makes their thinking different from yours, this is known as empathy.⁣⁣
These are the lessons that Daniel Guaragna leaves us in this episode of the Resilient Minds podcast.⁣⁣
Daniel Guaragna is an Entrepreneur and the founder of Canada's number-one sales agency and an internationally renowned public speaker. At just 26 years old, has appeared at more than 130 public events in 60 cities worldwide. His idea of Ice Shaker started when he tried to seek out a shaker cup that would keep his drinks cold with the convenient easy-open pop-top lid.

He wants to help those people who had the same problem as him and he found out that a lot of them were looking for something similar to it. That’s the reason why he stepped up to the business side of things together with the help of his wife and brothers.

And what really drove him to where he is today was his passion, hard work and the teachings of his parents. He said there will be a lot of struggles and pressure along the way to success but you should be ready for that in order to attain that success.

As Chris says, don’t let this whole COVID lockdown negate you. So many great things will come in your way if you’ll look at it positively, strive for it. So, if you really want to get it, push yourself to thrive and take this opportune time to accelerate, in business or personal growth.

Episode 1 - Focus on Your Strengths

Released on January 13, 2020
What is strength?

Strengths are tasks or actions you can do well. These include knowledge, proficiencies, skills, and talents. People use their traits and abilities to complete work, relate with others, and achieve goals.

Why this is important? We tend to focus on our weaknesses and not recognise what we are doing wrong.

Once someone else is doing that task, focus your energy on building your strengths, and using those to grow your business at a faster rate. Another way you can focus on your strengths is to find a business partner who can complement you. The right business partner will have strengths that offset your weaknesses.

Keep maintaining and growing through uncertain situations.
